Set in the vibrant landscape of Smith St, Fitzroy, The Bitters Lab is home-base for the unique online company, Only Bitters. A company created in June 2012 with a simple philosophy; provide inspiration to cocktail enthusiasts with the best selection of ingredients available.

Only Bitters is the brainchild and labour of JD & Sophia, passionate cocktail enthusiasts located in Melbourne. Opened on 26 April 2016, this shop finally gives Only Bitters the space to create a gustatory customer experience with an amazing range of bitters, tonics, cocktail syrups, liqueurs, vermouths, books and bar tools.
